THE FIRM: Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe is one of India's largest full service law firms. It was founded by Sir Dinshaw Mulla and Rustomji Mulla in 1895. Sir Dinshaw Mulla became a Privy Counsellor. He was author of several works including commentaries on the Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, Law of Partnership, Sale of Goods Act, Insolvency Laws in India, Civil Procedure Code, etc., which are authoritative legal treatise even today.
